The Global Method

We divide every project into five stages:
* Discovery
* Definition
* Proposal
* Development
* Conclusion.

During each stage, we perform a combination of four activities: Requirements gathering, Analyzing & Designing, Coding, and Testing. Requirements gathering dominates the initial stages, whereas Coding and Testing dominate the later stages.
